When do “seasonal allergies”end for the year?

I live inMichigan,andhavebeentaking Zyrtec andNasonex tofight outside seasonal allergies sincemid-summer. Theleaves arejustaboutoffthetrees,butthegrass isstill green andwestill havesomeflowers. DoI havetowait until snowfalls togooffofit?

  First frost usually doesitbecauseitkillsoffa lot oftheragweeds andsuch. Relief isinsight!

  Itdepends. Ifyouareallergic tomore outdoor allergens I wouldstoponce theweather gets cold. Ifyouhaveallergies tomold etc I wouldkeep going through theyear sincethesetend tobeworse through thewinter (people areinside more).

  Depends onwhatyouareallergic to,butusually afterthefirst freeze theplants aredead andthepollen isgone.

  It’s one ofthefew things I likeaboutcoldweather,myallergies subside although ittakes abouta week orsoandI havetototally cleananddust myhouse andair itout. Theonlyotherthings I likeaboutcoldweather arenoflies,ants,ormosquitoes. I wouldwait until everything wasbrown tostopandthendoasI doandthoroughly cleananddust andvac andputa newbag inthevac before andafterjusttobesure yourvac isn’t spewing more ofthesame out intoyourhome.
