  • Youwillhavea reason forbeing out ofpuff,ie. exercise. Anasthma attack iscaused bytheillness andcancome onatanytime

  • Exercise related gasping isjust thebodies response toyourcells needed more oxygen thanyourlungs arecurrently providing. Thiswillsoon pass asyoustopexercising. Ina full blown asthma attack thelittleair passages (bronchioles) become constricted anditishard togetair inorout ofyourlungs. Thesepeople dogasp, butitdoesn’t stopuntil thebronchioles relax withmedications (eitherinhaled orsteroids) Or,inworstcase scenario theperson willbeintubated andhavea machine dothework forthem. Sotoansweryourquestion, itiscompletely different.

  • i havebeenanasmathic myself soi cantellfromexperience isthat anasthma attack comes withallsorts ofthings different people different allergies something triggers it even whendoing nothing and mostofthetime wheezing ispresent whereas out ofpuff isexercising orfeeling anxious . or wesayhowmany puffs totake withusing aninhaler
