I found a recipe fora homeopathic nasal spray ona website andtried it-itworked almostinstantly. Tomakeit,useabout8 oz. ofwarm distilled water,a pinch ofkosher salt,anda pinch ofbaking soda. Buyone ofthose littlenasal bulbs thatyouuseona baby andsuck thesolution up andthenhold one nostril andsqueeze itintotheotherone andhold itfora few secs. Itwillstarttobreakthatstuff up andyou’ll beabletoactually breathe through yournose again!!
