Okay, here are my symptoms:
Mild Headache
Congested sinuses
runny nose

I checked the weather and they said tree pollen or something was high, so it would be logical that its allergies but how can I find out for sure? should i take any medication to sooth some of the syptoms? (advil cold and sinus or claritin?)
