I’m going on a hiking expedition and the First Aid Kit list we got says that I should pack asthma medication as well, even if none of our group members have diagnosed asthma. All the First Aid Kits that I’ve seen on the market here in Singapore don’t have asthma puffers, so I’m planning to get it separately. What prescription medication do you recommend for bad seasonal allergies? Zyrtec doesn’t work for me anymore.

Zyrtec’s affects seem to have worn out. What would you recommend? Benadryl typically works, but it’s not functional as a daily allergy medicine as it makes me too drowsy. Any prescription medications for bad seasonal allergies?
