But now since it ran out my eyes sometime get itchy and pinkage. I think its my cats that making my eye allergy symptoms not going away but yeah I have both of them for like 2 years now and never is allergic to them, since they go outside a lot they probally brought the pollen in or something. So yeah is it that or allergy season still not over yet? Also I went and got Visine A but didn’t use it yet, I don’t think Visine is good for the eye. Should i just leave the eye alone until it get better on it own?

I’m already taking Zyrtec and getting allergy shots twice a week. My allergies are almost off the charts!
I use allergy covers on pillows, wash sheets in hot water once a week, wear a dust mask when I stir up the dust, wear sunglasses outdoors to avoid pollen in the eyes, etc. What to do for the scratchy throat, though?

I know, wrong section. But as much as we argue we’re all friends here. I need help.

I am sneezing my head off. There is something going on in my office. I don’t sneeze outside, or in a restaurant, or at home. But as soon as I come in my office I have horrible allergy attacks. My eyes water so much I can’t even wear mascara.

What can I do? I don’t want to take medicine because this is the only place I have these allergy attacks. That is a sure sign that there is a problem in here.
My office is cleaned twice a week so its not dust.
I had this problem over the winter but it wasn’t so extreme. I dont think its pollen in the winter, because I live in the mountains of NC. Could it be mold? I’m highly allergic to mold.
