Everyone hasdust mites,theyaretiny,youwon’t see thembut theyeat skin cells thatareshed byhumans everyday andnight (especially whensleeping). Theyhavetodie somewhere andtheytend tolive inmattresses,soI wouldassume theywouldadd weight. Therearemillions ofthemineach andeveryhome andapartment. Nomatter howgrossordisgusting,it’s justanother partoflife.

    Itdepends onthetype ofmattress,andthefabric thatcovers it.

    Thesame istrueofsofa cushions.

    Ifyouhavenoallergies,thereisnoreason toreplace itjustbecauseofthat…..

    Youdon’t even want tohear thehorrors ofwhatisinyourwall-to-wall carpeting….ifyoureally want todosomething toimprove yourhealth,startbygetting rid ofthat,andreplacing itwithhard floors andarea rugs thatyoucanbeat andreplace asneeded.
