also not being a smart asss or anything. but acne cream and wash is also good for this.

Stress is definitely the cause of your rash, although a lot of alcohol might be a trigger. Are you hitting the bottle to ease the stress? If so you’ll end up with a big old red nose!

I suggest going on a sunbed as that will help any red rashes. Get some organic vegetables in your diet, and find ways to chill out – exercise, laugh, enjoy life.

Whatever you do, though, don’t use any creams as you might end up with scar tissue in a very obvious place. Trust me, I know from experience!

all you need to do is put a bag over your head. you’ll feel better, and you won’t send people running, and have mothers shielding their children.

I think your hair is standing on end too. That’s lots of stress. I know my skin breaks out too it doesn’t help that I touch it too much. Don’t touch it, keep it clean and it will go away.
