Master Cleanse Secrets 10 Day Diet

I run track and when I started I couldn't run a mile in under 8 minutes. You just gotta pace yourself. Don't try and sprint the first lap with everyone else because then your gonna get out of breath even faster. When I run I take deep breaths before I start and then also when I'm running I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. But if you want to run the mile under 8 minutes, just pace yourself. You don't have to keep up with everyone else, you just gotta keep up with you. hope this helps and good luck(:

Say Goodbye to Allergies

In under 8 minutes?
Well the first step of all steps is training, you have to work you're way up from where you currently are.

Next, the best technique is to breathe in your nose and out your mouth, its suppost to save energy to where you don't lose your breathe often.

Finally, don't put all your power of running on the steps foot after foot, for me personally i take each step when i need it (like flying in the air then when i need it taking my next step).

Hope i helped...

Say Goodbye to Allergies

Wear earplugs to listen to your breathing. Then established a routine to build tolerance. Go easy every day with a few yards until you can run a mile without any problems, then concentrate to build up your pace and speed while increasing your breathing.
Good luck

Say Goodbye to Allergies

My advice is go out relatively hard your first lap (1:40ish), listen to your splits (each needs to be under 2, under, 4, under 6) then give it your all that last lap.

If this test is for your school and you have a medical condition, they should make accommodations for you. Can you run it indoors?
