Basically,you’ll bepouring warm,salty water up one nostril anditwillflow out oftheopposite nostril. Itfeels wonderful,andisgoodfor“maintenance”butnotforanalready “bad”problem. Also,I drink one cup ofwarm water withfresh lemon everymorning whenI wake up. Hope youfeel better!
