A visit to an allergist or immunologist for testing will determine the exact allergen that is causing the reaction. The second thing to do is to begin avoiding what they identify as the allergen. For example, say they tell you it is dust mite (the most common household allergen) in that case you follow the procedures for setting up a dust free room, start washing with this De-Mite stuff, and stop your exposure to dust mites. The second part of allergy control (after avoidance) is immunotherapy. If your allergies are environmental and not seasonal, there is a good chance that immunotherapy will give you some relief. The third and last thing is medication. Many people that are diligent with avoidance find they don't need immunotherapy or medication. So stop self medicating, and stop sneezing by getting a proper diagnosis and follow allergy control procedures. Following my previous example with dust mites, I am going to give you some links to read to get an idea of what I am talking about. I have severe allergies, but they are completely under control year-around and I no longer take medication. I feel great too.....and I know you can feel great also! Only take the over-the-counter drugs as directed on the label. Ask the pharmacist if you have any questions. No cure, just treatment.
