As you said Camomile comes in a couple of forms. Tea, Cream. It’s used for allergies, headaches, pain, relaxant and more.
ALERT! don’t use if on Warfrin or any other anti-coagulant medication. It increases the result.
Don’t have it with alcohol or sedatives either.
To be honest I use horseradish and garlic tablets for allergies. These work quite well. So I can’t say about the effectiveness of Camomile for allergies.
Otherwise side effects don’t seem to be a problem.
